The Flemings’ team was delighted to welcome a mix of both familiar and new faces last Wednesday (27 October), all of whom were gathered to celebrate the eagerly anticipated re-launch of our Mayfair Cocktail Bar.


Matteo Rosella, our resident mixologist, whipped up a dazzling selection of drinks from our new bar menu which included our signature Flemings Martini and one of our newest Couture Cocktail creations – the champagne-infused “Violet Moon”. Ensuring nobody was left peckish, Head Chef, Simon Henbery, dished up a delicious selection of mouth-watering canapés, ranging from savoury delights such as bite-size rare beef with truffled celeriac and home cured salt cold and aioli fritters, to sweeter treats including mini treacle tarts and scrumptious pink macaroons.
