Flemings Hotel, Mayfair is delighted to clinch the coveted title of Luxuria’s ‘Best New Brand’ for 2010, picking up the award at Regents College in London on Wednesday, 1 December.
The judging panel, comprising 26 renowned industry figures in the world of luxury including Matteo Alessi (Alessi); Simon Berry (Berry Bros & Rudd); Antony Sheriff (MD of McLaren Automotive) and Perry Oosting (President of Vertu Mobiles), singled Flemings Hotel out as the winner for its repositioning as a niche luxury brand, following its multi million pound refurbishment by British interior designer Grant White, completed earlier this year. Flemings was in good company, with eminent winners of the 2010 Awards including AMEX for Best Brand; The Berkeley for Best Use of New Media and Berry Bros & Rudd for Best Retailer.
Flemings Hotel was chosen from a shortlist – including Berry Bros & Rudd and Davina Peace for Harrods – to earn the accolade based on its brand positioning, as overseen by UK creative marketing agency, Piledrivers.
