“On arrival at our London hotel, guests and their humans are greeted ‘paw’sonally by the person looking after them during their stay. We have known Branca Sabbagh, our Guest Services Director and Paul, her son, our Head Concierge for years. Branca knows the importantance of bonding with an extra special person on arrival. Then she makes sure that person makes a huge fuss of us during our stay and if they know we are on our own at any time, they take a little exercise outside our room to check we are ok.
We have our own cupboard full of blankets, bowls, and doggy treats on hand in case the humans forget to pack yours! We may have even left the odd toy or two in there. ‘Walkies’ in Green Park and a human to keep you company and tickle your ears can be arranged. If you want a shampoo or your nails polished to look your best while staying in this luxury London hotel we know just the place.
