The only hotel in London to serve the exclusive Mauritian rum, our Pink Pigeon Rum Daiquiri brings some much needed tropical spice to gloomy London evenings.
Available at our Mayfair Cocktail Bar, the Flemings Daiquiri mixes Pink Pigeon Rum with fresh pineapple, angostura bitter and vanilla liqueur to create the perfect pre-dinner tipple but can also be enjoyed from the comfort of your home by following this simple recipe:
- Fresh pineapple
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
- 5ml of Pineapple Eau de Vie
- 20 mil of Xanath (vanilla liqueur)
- 40 ml of Pink Pigeon Rum
- Cocktail cherry for decoration
- Mix the fresh pineapple with the Angostura Bitter, Pineapple Eau de Vie, Xanath and Pink Pigeon Rum
- Shake all the ingredients with ice
- Double strain and pour into a martini glass
- Garnish with cocktail cherry
