With January gone, here at Flemings we are decidedly turning our back on the winter blues…and with good reason. Take a quick look at The Insider’s top tips for what to do and where to go this coming month:
It’s that time again and all of Chinatown will be celebrating as The Year of the Rabbit is upon as and London celebrates Chinese New Year this weekend. Guaranteed to be spectactular!

If Borough Market doesn’t speak for itself, the amazing Neal’s Yard Dairy is holding its famous cheese-tastings throughout February, with themes as delicious (and controversial) as France vs England. Definitely one for the diary!

For the eighth year running, the fabulous Flamenco Festival is returning to London. See the upcoming stars, explore flamenco’s roots and the modern direction it has taken all under one roof. If you’re not a flamenco fan already, you soon will be!
For something a little closer to home, visit the Museum of London from 18th February and see some spectacular shots of our streets throughout history. A whole collection ranging from the nineteenth century right up to the present day outlines the changing face of the city and the place of photography within it.
From 24th February-12th March, the Royal Albert Hall is staging David Freeman’s popular production of Madame Butterfly. Sung in English and with a distinguished cast, this is not one to be missed!
Finally, children and adults alike are bound to be interested in The Titanic’s artifact exhibition at the O2. With an impressive range of objects and reconstructions from the ship before April 15, 1912, history fiends will enjoy every minute. If you’re after something more interactive, however, children are bound to be enthralled with the Imagine Children’s Festival at London’s Southbank.
London has never been so awash with things to do. February is set to be fun-filled and action packed!
