We here at The Insider wanted to let you know that today is Simon Scarborough’s last day as General Manager of Flemings. Simon will be moving out of the busy London scene and embracing a laid-back country lifestyle in Dorset as from next month. Once he is all settled in, we are thrilled to share that Simon will be continuing to contribute to The Insider with guest blog posts from the country, sharing the details of his new life and of course, how his characterful dogs Kensington and Chelsea are enjoying their country walks!
Whilst we are sad to see Simon go, we are pleased to welcome Flemings’ new GM, Chris Penn, who brings with him an array of experience. He was instrumental in his role acting as Hotel Manager at The Cavendish Hotel in London, and also previously held the position of Resident Manager at The Stafford Hotel in London from 2005 – 2007.
We look forward to introducing you to Chris further in the coming weeks, and of course, keeping in touch with Simon and his country adventures.
