Christmas is the perfect time to indulge in yummy treats and delicious delicacies, and what better way to do so than at The Chocolate Festival at London’s Southbank Centre. Those of you with a serious sweet-tooth will be in chocolate heaven, as from 9th-11th December the world’s best chocolatiers flock to the capital to showcase their latest cocoa creations.
Visitors to the festival definitely won’t go hungry, as the vast number of tasting stalls will be brimming with everything from traditional mouth-watering chocolate cake to innovative savoury food with a chocolate twist.
Famed chocolatiers William Curley, Bill McCarrick and Damian Allsop will also be on-hand to dish out tips about cooking with the ingredient of the day, and their expert advice is sure to give you some ideas for your own Christmas Day feast!
