Hi everyone! I am Fleming the Frog! With the world glued to their television screens this Summer with the London 2012 Olympics, I am no exception! My favourite sport to watch? Of course, it’s the long jump, high jump, and triple jump! With Usain Bolt being compared to the likes of the fastest animal in the world, the cheetah, I’m hoping that an animal Olympics will soon become a reality. I have no doubt that I can be up there with the best of jumpers like Greg Rutherford! You can find me around town this week, jumping for gold on the streets of London.
Just a little bit of Olympic trivia for you all. I would have to leap frog over 45 of my frog friends in order to reach the 2.25m that Robert Grabarz achieved in the High Jump, 166 jumps for me to get the gold like Greg Rutherford in the long jump, and a staggering 340 jumps over all my frog friends (Yes, I have 340 frog friends) to reach Phillip Idowu’s amazing triumph! I better start practising for Rio 2016!
