Ingredients
125g soft butter
½ cup of sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp malt extract
2 ½ cup of self-raising flour
Method
Beat sugar and butter together
Add the egg to the sugar and butter mixture, and beat
Add flour and egg
Mix in the syrup and malt extract
Roll into a sausage and cut into slices for your biscuits
Mold into Fleming Frog shape
Bake in the oven at 160 degs C for ten minutes, until golden
Leave to cool and decorate
