The end of summer has crept up on us, so we’re brightening up the place with our new Late Summer Menu at The Grill restaurant in Mayfair. It may even coincide with some late summer sunshine, fingers crossed.
Our head chef, Braden Charlesworth, has been working hard crafting the new menu and we’d love to invite you to come and taste the delectable array of flavours.
To start, we can’t resist the Salad of confit salmon with beetroots, pickled shallots, crisp chicken skin nd creme fraiche (perfect with a glass of champagne, what a shame!).
From our range of main dishes, you could choose Suckling pig with dressed lentils, Granny Smith apple puree and Cornish mead sauce, or Parmesan gnocchi with a fricassee of Scottish girolles, tarragon and summer truffle.
For a sweet treat at the end of your meal, we’d recommend the Soft meringue, peaches and pistachio – a mouth-watering combination of sweet, juicy peach with soft poached meringue and the crunch of pistachio nuts.
