Over the last week, Flemings has been transformed into an inspiring, glittering winter wonderland as our florist Yan Skates and his team have worked tirelessly to create some of the best Christmas decorations in London.
Christmas in the lobby
As you come through the doors into the lobby, two gentle, snowy trees decorated in reds and golds stand proud and a waft of cinnamon and cloves greets you.
Two forest displays, featuring branches, deer and robins, are magical down to the tiniest details. Amongst the tree branches are little antique decorations, twinkling in the light. Yan is a master of creative Christmas decorating!
The Flemings Advent Calendar
Perhaps the highlight is the Flemings advent calendar which can be found on the way down to The Grill. This year: the bird box advent calendar. Hanging off the wiggly branches of Yan’s creation are beautiful bird boxes made out of an assortment of fabrics. On each day of December, a little bird is returned to its bird box. Therefore, come Christmas day, all of the birds have returned home for Christmas.
