It’s time to tell you all about our new menu in The Grill, as well as show you some tasty pictures that we’ve been snapping over the last week.
The Rosette-awarded restaurant is run by our award-winning Food & Beverage Manager, Moses, and the menu is created by our award-winning Head Chef, Braden, so why not come and try out some fresh Mayfair dining with The Grill’s new seasonal menu.

Starters
Veggies: The beetroot salad is a delicate and fresh option to start and the goat’s curd really sets of the flavours.
Fish lovers: it’s a tough call between the salmon and the mackerel. The honey is a delicious combination with the mackerel; the potted salmon is gorgeously creamy and presented beautifully.
Mains
Veggies: The gnudi (a bit like gnocchi but made with ricotta and spinach) is light, fluffy and creamy – perfect when the weather is being gloomy.
Fishies: The understated sea bass and cauliflower cheese is perfect for an ultra-comforting meal and the truffle butter adds an unusual twist.
Meaties: The veal cheeks, which are slowly braised for around 3 hours, are highly recommended for their deliciously soft and succulent qualities.
Desserts
‘I’m so full’: The light and delicate ‘Blood Orange’ is a ball of blood orange parfait encased in white chocolate – a Heston-style achievement.
‘Give me something hearty’: The parkin. A rich, dense pudding with golden syrup and treacle, served with salted caramel ice-cream.
Something else Braden has been working on lately is the Valentine’s Day ‘Aphrodisiac’ menu which will be available just around the corner – at that time of year that has some people covering their eyes and ears and others looking radiantly optimistic. If you’re of the latter type, you may be interested in Braden’s cleverly crafted menu using foods with aphrodisiac powers – oysters, avocado, chocolate etc. – and this can be enjoyed by you and your loved one in our discrete and stylish (great combination) restaurant, The Grill.
