At Flemings we are very lucky to have fantastic spaces for private dining in London and now we have some special new menus to share with you. These have been crafted, tried and tested by our award-winning head chef Braden and we’re very excited to get these out in the open!
Private Dining: Menu One
Welcome to your first option. Here you will find such culinary delights as grilled chicken breast with ham hock and leek pie, Cornish cod with potato, cauliflower and clam chowder, and ravioli of butternut squash and ricotta with sage and pine nuts. Fancy branching out for dessert? Try the polenta and orange cake with mascarpone and orange gel.
This menu is £50 per person for three courses, for groups of 10 or more. If you’d like some ‘cracking cheese, Gromit’, add £10 for a tasty cheese course.
Private Dining: Menu Two
Moving on to our second private dining menu, Braden has stepped things up a notch and here we find the likes of Cornish crab raviollo, Devonshire sea bass with stuffed braised squid and grilled rump of English lamb with crushed potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli and rosemary jus. For dessert, top choice is our hand-made chocolate fondant: absolute, mouth-watering perfection.
This menu is £60 per person for three courses, for groups of 10 or more. Again, if you’re crackers about cheese, add £10.
Private Dining: Buffet
The classic buffet is perfect for larger groups and splendidly simple to organise. The menu features five sections – cold dishes, warm dishes, sides, salads and desserts. You can pick two from each section for £45 per person or three from each section for £60pp and that’s for a minimum of 20 guests. The tough bit: how do you choose?! Do you want Thai green curry and baked salmon or Moroccan lamb tagine and slow cooked lemon chicken? Side dishes of potato dauphinoise and savoy cabbage with pancetta, or new potatoes with parsley and courgette with mint and chilli? Hmm. Do you play it safe with apple crumble and clotted cream or push the boat out with a chocolate fountain? Don’t worry; we’re here to help you in making these tough decisions.
