At 8:30pm on Saturday 29th March Flemings Mayfair turned off its lights and took 60-minutes of darkness for the Earth Hour 2014. The 4 star deluxe hotel replaced the LED lights with candles in the Grill Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and Reception.
For one hour all external lights were switched off in support of this global effort. By these actions, Flemings Mayfair has raised awareness towards the growing threat of climate change and involved all its guests.
The Earth Hour is a worldwide movement created by the WWF (World Wildlife Fund). Every year more than 7000 cities and town join this global campaign to tackle climate change across the world due to global warming by over use of energy.
Flemings Mayfair, boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair, will be joining millions of people across the world for the Earth Hour 2015 on 28th March at 8:30pm.
