Braden wins Visionary Chef 2012

Braden Charlesworth, our head chef at The Grill at Flemings, has won the esteemed Visionary Chef of the Year 2012.

Braden and his teammate Adam Brown, from Brockencote Hall Hotel, created a dessert within the theme of 'ice' and their innovation and presentation blew the diners away and was enough for them to claim the top spot.

Congratulations, Braden!

Braden told us:

''It's a real honour to win this. The competition runs all year so there's a lot of build-up and anticipation for the final. Adam and I worked on the dessert together and we wanted to come up with something inventive and perfectly executed. Adam was a great mentor and the whole experience has been really inspiring."
