Braden Charlesworth, our head chef at The Grill at Flemings, has won the esteemed Visionary Chef of the Year 2012.
Braden and his teammate Adam Brown, from Brockencote Hall Hotel, created a dessert within the theme of 'ice' and their innovation and presentation blew the diners away and was enough for them to claim the top spot.
