Chef Rosemary Shrager's exclusive menu for The Grill
We have teamed up with the nation's favourite TV chef Rosemary Shrager, who has created a new a la carte menu for The Grill.
The By Rosemary Shrager menu includes a set of dishes created especially by Rosemary, her executive chef John Rogers and Flemings' head chef Brian Henry.
Rosemary, John and Brian developed the dishes at Rosemary's cookery school in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The delicious dishes will change seasonally throughout the year.
"Summer is my favourite time of year because we are spoilt for choice with a bounty of British produce. So in our new menu we have incorporated some classic combinations, the lamb with pea and mint, and potato dauphinoise are a real treat. For dessert, we have created something very special using Pimms ingredients, and this is my favourite dish on the menu. I’m already looking forward to the glorious 12th when shoot season begins and I’ll be writing the autumn menus!"
