Chef Rosemary Shrager's exclusive menu for The Grill
We have teamed up with the nation's favourite TV chef Rosemary Shrager, who has created a new a la carte menu for The Grill.
The By Rosemary Shrager menu includes a set of dishes created especially by Rosemary, her executive chef John Rogers and Flemings' head chef Brian Henry.
Rosemary, John and Brian developed the dishes at Rosemary's cookery school in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The delicious dishes will change seasonally throughout the year.
"All dishes included on the menu have been designed to tickle diners' taste bude, and introduce them to a wonderful world of flavours, aromas and the finest ingredients. The Haddock Gratin starter is my absolute favourite as it uses my very own Brioche recipe, and the pairing of it with the fish is to die for! All the dishes are of the highest quality, so fit perfectly with Flemings Mayfair and the premium dining experience it offers its guests."
