- Flemings Mayfair flexible cancellation policy allows you to cancel by 12 noon, 24 hours before arrival (GMT) to avoid first night penalty.
- For advance purchase/promotional rate plans, the cancellation policy is non-flexible, 100% pre-payment at time of booking, with no cancel or no changes permitted.
- For Apartments we take the first night's non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The cancellation policy is before 1pm, 14 days prior to arrival (GMT). Any cancellations received after this time will be charged the total amount of the booking value.
- Our corporate flexible cancellation policy allows you to cancel by 12 noon, 24 hours before arrival (GMT) to avoid first night penalty.
The first night’s accommodation will be pre-authorised 24 hours prior arrival. If the credit card is declined Flemings Hotel will endeavour to contact the guest for an alternative valid card. If subsequent pre-authorisation is also declined Flemings hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at 2pm on the day of arrival. Payment in full to have been received or credit card swiped and signature verified to guarantee full payment.
For reservations requiring 6 rooms or more please contact our Sales Team or email email@example.com.
Credit card details must be taken at time of booking. The hotel must receive all amendments or cancellations by 12 hours in advance of the reservation. For groups of six or more you must make you amendments or cancel your booking 48 hours in advance. In the event of a no show, 100% full payment will be taken. In the case that the guest is paying by voucher then the voucher will be invalidated.
