This annual event unites business leaders to spend a night outdoors, raising both awareness and vital funds for homelessness. With over £90,000 raised to date, Henrik remains a steadfast supporter of homelessness initiatives throughout the year.
Why Mr. Muehle Participates in the CEO Sleepout?
When Mr. Muehle first joined the CEO Sleepout, he was struck by how challenging the experience truly is. “Sleeping on cold concrete isn’t camping—it’s a reality many people face every day,” he says. The funds raised benefit charities like Charity Begins at Home, which provide essential support for the homeless in London. Mr. Muehle’s personal experience has deepened his commitment to supporting these causes, and this marks his fourth consecutive year of participation.
Ormer Mayfair’s Role in Supporting Homelessness
Every week, Ormer Mayfair contributes to the fight against homelessness. Our chefs prepare over 60 warm meals every Wednesday for families in need. To date, we’ve served over 12,000 meals, helping support the local community through our partnership with Charity Begins at Home.
Impact of the CEO Sleepout
The CEO Sleepout raises much-needed funds to help run essential services for the homeless, including food, clothing, and support. “The discomfort is minor compared to the struggles of those without shelter,” says Henrik. Funds raised from the event help cover the operational costs of providing these essential services.
